Dr. Abeer is an accomplished leadership professional and subject matter expert with a passion for helping people with more than 20 years, around 18 years of experience in Higher Education as an educator and senior administrative.

Dr. Abeer completed her Ph.D. in Educational Management, Leadership, and Policy from The British University in Dubai and her Master’s degree in Quality and Services Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai. She is a Certified Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Speaker from John Maxwell Leadership Academy.

Dr. Abeer is the Founder and CEO of Erteqa for Training and Development, a firm dedicated to providing individuals in early/middle career individuals to find their “Why”, blossom their lives and career; and organizations with ideas, products and services that improve teamwork, clarity and employee engagement to discover hidden potentials of their teams to reach the highest team-harmony and productivity.
